Balloon Ride Information (updated November 2009)

Thank you for your interest in taking a hot air balloon ride! September is one of the most beautiful and picturesque times of the year to enjoy a balloon flight in the Susquehanna Valley.

Flights are available on these days and approximate times:

Friday, September 17th, 5 p.m.
Saturday, September 18th, 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Sunday, September 19th, 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

To register, please download and complete the balloon ride application (will be posted soon) AND the Release of Liability Form. (posted soon).

All flights and duration of flights are weather permitting (Dear Balloon Festival Spectators) and at the discretion of the pilot on the day of the event. We cannot accommodate pregnant women and all passengers are required to disclose medical conditions which require ongoing or periodic monitoring by a physician.

Flights costs are $220.00 per passenger. A $50 deposit is required to hold your reservation. All deposits and requests will be confirmed. Balance to be paid on day of flight (cash, check, VISA, or MasterCard). Checks payable to Montoursville Rotary Club.
